Standard Cleaning Package
Standard cleaning is done daily, weekly, biweekly or as the customer requires. Cleaning routines and their frequencies are clearly established and documented on a checklist.
General Office Space / Cubicles
Dust shelves, cabinets and other hard surfaces
Empty trash and replace liners
Wipe down desks
Wipe down phones and arm chairs (once a week)
Floors vacuumed/swept and damp-mopped
** With enhanced package, for additional cost, the following items can be done every 3 months:
Dust blinds/shades and window sills
Clean inside windows
Kitchen/eating area
Clean and disinfect counters
Empty and clean coffee maker
Empty trash can and replace liners
Wash dirty dishes left in the sink
Floors vacuumed and damp-mopped
Replenish soap and paper towels (provided by the company)
Clean Refrigerators of all unclaimed items (once a week)
Wipe down and disinfect refrigerator shelves (once a week)
Organize items to make area presentable
Restrooms
Empty trash cans and replace liners
Clean and disinfect toilets, all basins and fixtures in the restroom
Wipe down and disinfect top surfaces
Clean mirrors
Refill toilet paper and paper towel dispensers (provided by the company)
Floors swept and damp-mopped.
Wipe down bathroom doors and restroom dividers (once a week)
Reception / Lobby
Floors vacuumed/swept and damp-mopped
Empty trash cans and replace liners
Wipe down hard surfaces
Straighten magazines and paperwork to make it look presentable and organized
Vacuum / dust floor mats
Wipe down door handles, light switches and baseboards (once a week)
