Refill toilet paper and paper towel dispensers (provided by the company)

Floors swept and damp-mopped.

Wipe down bathroom doors and restroom dividers (once a week)

Floors vacuumed/swept  and damp-mopped 

Empty trash cans and replace liners

Wipe down hard surfaces

Straighten magazines and paperwork to make it look presentable and organized

Vacuum / dust floor mats

Wipe down door handles, light switches and baseboards (once a week)

Detailed spot carpet cleaning can be done as an additional service and it also can be established with a frequency

Window blinds can gather a lot of dust through time and as it is labor intensive to do a thorough job, this service is offered as an separate item and can be quoted accordingly
